I’m the creator of Synergy, a business simulator used in an attended seminar that, for two days, submerges the participants in a situation of growing complexity, uncertainty and change. Using Synergy, I have observed some behaviour from managers that systematically appears when facing uncertain and complex environments. Synergy in fact reproduce a similar situation that those of the teams of project.

Based on a research of 5 years observations I have develop Cooplexity, a very robust and academically consistent model of cooperation in complexity. You can find details of the book in these pages.

I’m member of the consolidated research group “Catalan Center for Survey Research and Applied Statistics” where the principal investigator is Joan Manuel Batista Foguet, Director of the Survey Research Centre at ESADE.
