The blog of Ricardo Zamora

With this blog I intend to share things that for one reason or another, in my field, I think are outstanding. I am very lucky to be focused professionally to a knowledge-related activity. Over the years I have specialized in issues related to what is shaping as distributed leadership and cooperation. I am deeply convinced of the goodness of collaborative solutions to address tomorrow’s problems. And I am passionate about new technologies. From all this I want to speak here:

• Issues such as learning, cohesion, self-coordination.
• Areas such as systems science, complexity, chaos.
• Human behaviors related to uncertainty, interdependence, collaboration.
• Methodical approaches based on experiential learning, gaming, simulations.
• New technologies, applications and their possible impact.

This blog do not intend to burden but rather be selective. A window through which to share topics that I consider of great importance but perhaps the day to day causes are poorly understood.
